Les Tètes is a story of four friends who wanted to create a vineyard to produce great organic whites with the principle of using only indigenous yeasts and very few sulphites. Using the beautiful terroirs grolleau, gamay, cabernet franc, and sauvignon, on the estate to produce wines within the limits of the plots they own, as well as to select the grapes they sell elsewhere in Touraine, to assemble exactly what they desire for Les Tètes wines.
GRAPE VARIETY CABERNET FRANC 90% GROLLEAU 10%
VINIFICATION Vinified by Nicolas Grosbois in Panzoult in native yeasts, very few sulphites and organic grapes.
TASTING NOTES The "Tète Red" vintage vinified by "Les Tètes" is a true wine born of friendship. Cabernet Franc and Grolleau make this wine a real fruit bomb, tender, supple and crunchy. Light ruby colour. Notes of prunes, and red fruits. Juicy, supple, tender, a true wine lover's wine. A fresh and tonic finish with red fruits.
