La Roche Buissière is situated near Vaison-la-Romaine, in the south part of Côtes-du-Rhône. The family has been working in organic farming since 1975.
In 2000, when Antoine joined his father, he decided to start to vinify their own production. Through years of experience, great meetings with other winemakers, their wines are vinified naturally since 2004.
GRAPE VARIETY SYRAH 80% GRENACHE 20%
VINIFICATION Grapes are harvested manually. They are 100% destemmed. Fermentation lasts for 15 days, followed by 6-8 months in concrete. Wine is not filtered or fined before bottling. SOIL Limestone, clay and silt.
TASTING NOTES Ruby light color, delicate nose. Medium bodied, very fresh and long finish. Fruity and smoky tones (notes of tabacco).
